PULSE OT

Concierge Occupational Therapy.
Elevated Through Movement.

Pulse OT is a boutique occupational therapy practice specializing in repetitive strain and musculoskeletal conditions of the upper extremity. Through a highly individualized, one-on-one approach, we integrate occupational therapy, hand therapy expertise, and Pilates Rehab principles to address the root causes of pain, movement dysfunction, and functional performance limitations. Pulse OT offers a truly unique rehabilitation experience designed to help clients move with greater efficiency, restore meaningful function, and support long-term wellness.

A One-of-a-Kind Approach to Rehabilitation

Led by Tina Dimopoulos, OTD, OTR/L, CHT, Pulse OT delivers a highly personalized rehabilitation experience that blends occupational therapy, certified hand therapy, and Pilates-based rehabilitation within a private, one-on-one setting.

With over a decade of clinical experience, Tina specializes in the treatment of repetitive strain injuries, musculoskeletal dysfunction, and complex movement challenges. As the only STOTT PILATES® Rehabilitation Mat & Reformer Certified Instructor in New York State, she brings a rare combination of expertise to the evaluation and treatment of conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, and overall movement system.

In addition to her certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Tina is Neuro-IFRAH certified in the treatment of adults with stroke and brain injury, allowing her to approach rehabilitation through both orthopedic and neurological lenses.

Licensed in New York, California, and Nevada, Tina provides in-person services in Manhattan and virtual care across all three states. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully designed to address the root causes of dysfunction, optimize movement quality, and support meaningful participation in the activities that matter most.

Our Treatment Approach

At Pulse OT, every treatment plan is thoughtfully designed around the individual—not a diagnosis. Through comprehensive evaluation, whole body movement analysis, and one-on-one care, we identify the factors contributing to pain, dysfunction, and movement inefficiencies.

Treatment may incorporate hands-on therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities and Pilates-based rehabilitation principles to support improved movement quality, body awareness, and functional performance.

Our specialty lies in the integration of occupational therapy, certified hand therapy expertise, and Pilates-rehab principles—allowing us to address the relationship between posture, movement, and function through a whole-body lens.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Pulse OT is an out-of-network private practice. We provide detailed superbills per request to support client-led insurance reimbursement, helping you get the most from your benefits.
